GLOBAL HEALTH ACTIVITIES:
2020 Served as a mentor for the only radiation oncology department in the country of Rwanda to assist in radiation treatment plan quality improvement at their site. Rwanda Cancer Centre (RCC) was inaugurated in 2020 and is a unique center located in Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda, Africa. https://focus.elekta.com/2020/02/rwandas-first-radiation-therapy-device-to-benefit-thousands/)
2022 Invited lecturer for Rayos Contra Cancer International (RCC) Training Program for Low-income Countries.
2022 Authored a Monaco Treatment Planning System Reference Guide in English that will be translated into several languages as needed for Rayos Contra Cancer, a non-profit group with the mission to improve outcomes for cancer patients in limited setting around the world.
