RESEARCH EXPIERENCE:
2014 Merkel Cell Carcinoma Outcomes Research. Created a retrospective patient database with patients treated for Merkel cell carcinoma at a single institution.
2018 - 2019 Radiomics in MR images of Glioblastoma Research. Collaborated with physics staff in examining the utilization of radiomic features together with clinical features to create a survival model.
2019 - 2020 Pilot Study of Continuous Positive Airway Pressure in Radiation Therapy Setting. Led a study of healthy volunteers to examine effects of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) on thoracic anatomy as seen on the ViewRay on-board MRI imager. Worked with physics staff to ensure MR-compatible setup.
2020 - 2022 Hepatocellular Carcinoma Outcomes Research. Created a retrospective patient database with patients treated with SBRT and radioembolization for hepatocellular carcinoma at a single institution. Collaborated with Radiology and Gastroenterology departments.
