 Fellow physiology talks are a vital part of fellowship training and provide an in-depth insight into basic newborn physiology topics. These talks are 1 hr long mandatory CME conferences which fellows give in collaboration with staff neonatologists. I am responsible for organizing the schedule and specifics about the content of each talk throughout the academic year.
