PROGRAMMATIC DEVELOPMENTS:
Educational Programs
Fellow
As Medical Director for the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin (ARCW) Medical Center, I created an ambulatory training experience for fellows in infectious disease who want more intensive training.
 
Research Programs
Created infrastructure to support studies: investigator-initiated projects, multi-center NIH-funded collaborative studies and industry-sponsored therapeutic trials.
 
Clinical Programs
Helped expand training programs at Marquette University, UWM, Milwaukee Area Technical College, Bryant and Stratton to provide clinical internships for nurse practitioners, RN students, etc.
Grew ARCW's clinic grwoth from 300 to over 1200 patients. Helped expand HIV medical services to Green Bay and Madison. Developed team-based model of care, implemented quality management infrastructure
