Title:
Cardiac Rehabilitation Outcomes in Adults with Congenital Heart Disease: A Single Center Study -This study assesses the percent of adult congenital heart disease patients who have been referred to cardiac rehabilitation programs after having had a sternotomy in the past 5 years. We will assess whether for those that did complete a cardiac rehabilitation program whether there is an improvement in quality of life and frequency of regular exercise.

A Multi-Institutional Neurocognitive Discovery Study (MINDS) in Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD): MINDS-ACHD. This will be the first multicenter study assessing the prevalence of, and risk factors for, neurocognitive deficits in the adult congenital population. Funding has been approved for this study by the Pediatric Heart Network.

Echocardiographic evaluation of RV function in context of Bicuspid Aortic Valve -This study assesses right ventricular function (via echocardiographic indices) in patients with a bicuspid aortic valve and no other associated heart defects.
