2014 - 2015 New M3 elective in child psychiatry. As the medical school developed an M3 elective for the first time, developed curriculum and rotation for both a 2 week and 4-week elective.
2019 - 2022 Psychiatry course, When stepping into directorship revamped the course to meet the current needs of students and updated it with new DSM versions.
2022 - 2024 MCWFusion, a complete redesign of all four years of the medical school curriculum started with the design of each basic science block.

2013 - 2014 expanded and revised normal development course for child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship to a 19-week course covering normal cognitive, social, and emotional development from birth to adulthood
2013 - 2014 Developed and taught a new lecture series for child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship on integrative psychiatry
2014 - 2015 Developed course on autism spectrum disorder for the PGY-2 psychiatry residents.
2015 - 2016 Developed a course on intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder for the child and adolescent psychiatry fellows

2017 - 2018 New rotation and site director for residential rotation at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc.
2017 - 2018 New rotation at Juvenile Detention Center through Wraparound Milwaukee to provide a forensic experience for the fellows and required curriculum development.
