06/2015 - Present Instituted structured Quality Improvement (QI) mentoring for pulmonary fellows, including Quality Specific Pulmonary Lectures and projects
06/2017 - Present Primary CF mentor for pulmonary fellows
07/2017 - Present Instituted a novel CF curriculum for pulmonary fellows
Includes the fellow being paired up with a CF infant longitudinally for their entire fellowship

2016 - Present Devised an educational program on asthma management plans and their importance in schools for provider education.
2017 - 2018 Asked to lead the inaugural CHW EHR Proficiency Course.
2019 - Present Created Webinar of the EHR Asthma Proficiency Course Seminar
The combination of these educational interventions and support of Children's Medical Group resulted in an increase in AMP usage from ~40% to 90% which is now sustained for more than a year
Created a group lecture and demonstration on Asthma, Asthma Management Plans (AMP), School Forms and efficient usage of the EHR for Asthma.
Created while mentoring residents in QI. Session given in office by the residents.
Providers view program then come for at the elbow support

2016 - Present Co-led development of a bi-annual CF Introduction Day for families of new CF infants
2017 - 2019 Oversaw the creation and implementation of a dedicated Clinical CF Nurse Role in our CF Center
2019 - Present Devised a novel Quality Improvement education program. Teaches about Asthma Management Plans and School via Webinar, with subsequent workbook to teach QI techniques and measurements
2019 - 2021 Overseeing the implementation of an Ambulatory CF Pharmacist and CF Pharmacy Tech into our CF Center
2019 - Present Implemented program to have a member of our CF patient and Family Advisory Board attend the North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference
