2022 - Present Spirometry hands-on laboratory, MCWFusion Respiratory Curriculum, session unique using portable spirometers, all students have the opportunity to try PFTs, identify barriers, and interpret spirometry. Spread to MCW Green Bay and Fox Valley. Best attended of the in person sessions every year
2022 - Present Pulmonary Exam Laboratory, MCWFusion Respiratory Curriculum, created a novel education program, with Dr. James McCarthy. Using instruments, including Dr. Antos demonstrating physiology on a trombone, the pulmonary exam and associated physiology is taught in a novel way

2016 - 2018 Devised an educational program on asthma management plans and their importance in schools for provider education. Created while mentoring residents in QI. Session given in office by the residents.
2017 - 2018 Led inaugural CHW EHR Proficiency Course - Asthma and Asthma Management Plans - Created a group lecture and demonstration on Asthma, Asthma Management Plans (AMP), School Forms and efficient usage of the EHR for Asthma.
2019 Created Webinar of the EHR Asthma Proficiency Course Seminar, followed by at the elbow support. The combination of these educational interventions and support of Children's Medical Group resulted in an increase in AMP usage from ~40% to 90% which is now sustained

2021 - Present CF Outreach Expansion to Fox Valley (Appleton) Clinic - devised plan to expand CF care into the Fox Valley. In partnership with the Children's Appleton team, created a multidisciplinary team with a once monthly CF Clinic starting in 2024, led by Dr. Laura McCauley. Successfully transitioned patients to this clinic, with shared model between sites
2022 - 2026 Implementation of an Ambulatory CF-focused Physical therapist into our CF Center. Funded by the CF Foundation. - Successfully and sustainability implemented, with improved outcomes in Exercise and PT usage
08/2025 - Present Implementation of a combined CF Pulmonary and CF GI clinic - Once monthly clinic with both a pulonologist and CF GI. Including Dr. Gila Ginzburg, our CF Training Grant trained CF Gastroenterologist
09/2025 - Present Created new Bronchiectasis Clinic Service Line– expands multidisciplinary care to Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia and Non-CF Bronchiectasis patients
2025 - Present Prenatal Cystic Fibrosis Diagnosis and Treatment Program, created collaborative process for families pregnant with an infant with cystic fibrosis. -Resulted in the first prenatally treated infant in Wisconsin
