07/1999 - 03/2000 CREOG School for New Program Directors – 36 Credit course over multiple sessions to orient and instruct program directors in obstetrics and gynecology and improve performance and retention

Resident
Evaluation. Revised entire evaluation and feedback system for resident education to reflect the competency-based approach of the ACGME Outcomes Project
Experience log. Completely revised the resident case log data collection system to improve accuracy and compliance with ACGME mandates.
Played primary role in creation of an MCW-wide Residents as Teachers program. The program was created by a subcommittee of the Graduate Medical Education Council.
Duty Hours. Constructed a mechanism to track resident duty hours to maintain compliance with the ACGME Duty Hour Limits for the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency.
Didactic Curriculum. I plan, organize and schedule the entire didactic curriculum for the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency.
Coding Curriculum. I constructed and implemented a curriculum for instruction on Evaluation and Management Coding for residents.
 
 
Clinical Programs
HIV+ GYN Clinic - In the course of managing a series of pregnant patients with HIV in conjunction with the Infectious Diseases department.
