PROGRAMMATIC DEVELOPMENTS:
Educational Programs
Resident
Active participant in the Ob/Gyn residency training program in the development of a competency-based education including evaluation and feedback. Active in graduate medical education committee.
Developed a comprehensive colposcopy curriculum and it is currently implemented.
Chair of the Education Committee, charged with reorganizing the didactic curriculum, guest lectures and the CME activities for the department of Ob/Gyn.
An ultrasound curriculum using Ultrasound Simulator to teach transvaginal US has been created, will be expanded to include obstetric Ultrasonography training as well.
A communication skills teaching module is under development using standardized patient and simulation for obstetrics and gynecology residents, funded by 3-year grant from Advancing Healthier Wisconsin
