2022 - Present Capstone Facilitator - Clinical Skills Tutor/Examiner. Work with 8-10 medical students as they practice performing the steps of a complete physical exam. Provide feedback and answer questions. Grade students using a checklist as they perform a physical exam on a standardized patient and provide verbal feedback at the end of the session. |
09/2023 I was an invited teacher for a “hands on” session teaching 275 Milwaukee M1 medical students core clinical skills including proper use of PPE, safe handling of sharps, and fundamentals of physical ergonomics including safe lifting and reducing injuries while using technology. |
01/2024 H&P reader - I was an invited H & P reader for MS3 students at Medical College Wisconsin on their pediatric rotation. Over the course of the month I received 4 H&Ps from the MS3, edited, provided feedback and teaching pearls on each point to support development of not just documentation but also history/exam skills. |

2018 - 2019 Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Case Management, Dept Pediatrics - A monthly quality improvement series as a grand rounds presentation based on systems improvements. As chief resident I helped select cases, and review with senior pediatric residents for presentation to the department and community pediatricians. |
2018 - 2019 Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Chief Cases, Dept Pediatrics - As chief resident I held a monthly talk with intern classes presenting case reports of common conditions with unusual presentations or common presentations with unusal diagnoses. Aim to improve history and physical exam skills as well as broaden differential diagnoses. |

2013 - 2014 Limerick Hip Hop Intervention Project/Make a Move, Limerick, Ireland
Worked as organizer of community events and fundraising efforts for a project aimed at reducing the segregation of young people from disadvantaged areas in the city and as well as those with mixed abilities/disabilities in their communities. It provided a fun activity both youth with disabilities and typically developing peers can enjoy, empowering youth to be positive role models in their community.
