2011 - 2019 Appointed Director of the PhD Program in Public and Community Health in 2011. Since that time has recruited key faculty to develop five new courses.
2014 Successful created revenue generating part-time PhD program and implemented in 2014
2019 - Present Present Founding Director of MS Program in Global Health Equity. The intrinsic link between poverty and health creates health disparities globally and locally.
 
Research Programs
2006 - 2016 Developed the Clinical Outcomes Registry and Research Program for the Divisions of Pediatric Surgery, Urology, Orthopedic Surgery, Otolaryngology, Plastic Surgery and Anesthesia.
2011 - Present Appointed the Director of Epidemiology in 2011. Has worked to re-establish and revitalize the Epidemiology Data Resource Center (EDRC) and to promote collaborative epidemiologic research.
2017 - Present Present Research Director, Institute for Health & Equity. Provides mentorship to junior faculty and fellows in the Division of Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Bioethics, and Community Health.
