A large family of oxidoreductases that are predominantly NAD- or NADP-dependent and 250 to 350 amino acids in length. They generally consist of two PROTEIN DOMAINS: A catalytic N-terminal domain that binds the substrate, and a C-terminal coenzyme-binding domain.Browse to child terms:
