Description
A rho GTP-binding protein that is prenylated (see PROTEIN PRENYLATION) at its C-terminus and cycles between the cytoplasm and plasma membrane, linking receptor signaling pathways with assembly of FOCAL ADHESIONS; STRESS FIBERS; and contractile ring formation during CYTOKINESIS.
