2016 - 2017 Led a team of faculty and staff to create the 3-year accelerated PharmD curriculum which was implemented in Aug 2018; Created curricular threads that were mapped throughout the curriculum.
2017 - 2019 Administrative lead of the Teaching Certificate Program Workgroup which developed and launched the program in July 2018 for residents, fellows, and practitioners
2017 - 2020 Coached the Directors of Patient Care Lab to modify from a grade-based approach to a competency based approach in evaluating the skills of student pharmacists
2017 - 2018 Developed the Concentrations creating relevant didactic courses and elective experiences which was implemented for the Class of 2023
